I don't think it's a local record, because the reel that this comes from was a William B Tanner ("Tanner Musical Spectrum") reel that radio stations could load onto their automation systems. It's from an album called "Christmasing" by the Norman Luboff Choir. I think it was recorded in about 1981 or so.

I think I listened to it just once after I acquired it when it came out and promptly filed it in my archives, which is why I just couldn't identify it. It's a weak effort by Norman Luboff, who was in the twilight of his career; in fact, it was the last album that he recorded.
