I was at the Ocean County Mall in Toms River this afternoon and what to my wondering eyes did appear?  A year-round Christmas store, Christmas in Seaside Heights!  It's not exactly new, it opened last August according to what the owner told me.  I'm not a regular visitor to the mall, so I wasn't aware of the store until my visit today.
