I downloaded the app on my firestick... all I did was scroll down and I saw the options for the yule log... streamed it a few nights ago while I was falling asleep.

Jack_O, are you able to take a picture of the screen that shows where to access it?  I have the 'Home' and 'Settings' on the left.  'Home' only brings me to the main page.  Then, there's 'Start Watching', which only shows me parts of the most recent news broadcast.  The rows of tiles below that include:  'Top Stories', 'Weather', 'PIX Morning Show', 'New York Living', 'PIX11 Specials', 'Local Sports', 'Monica Makes It Happen', 'Interviews and Extras', and 'PIX On Politics'.  None of the tiles in the rows show or mention The Yule Log.  I deleted and reuploaded the app to my Samsung TV this evening, to see if anything changed, but, it did not.  No one at PIX11 has responded to my messages via Facebook or Instagram.

(Hopefully, these uploads will work and show the screen that I see.)

On my TV, i go to the Pix11+ App and the home screen shows

Top Stories and then you will see several thumbnails of the top stories

Then the next row is Weather

The thrid row is  Pix11 Yule Log

Below that would be Pix11 News

Thank you for replying.  But, unfortunately, it does not appear.  The list of rows is as follows:  'Top Stories', 'Weather', 'PIX Morning Show', 'New York Living', 'PIX11 Specials', 'Local Sports', 'Monica Makes It Happen', 'Interviews and Extras', and 'PIX On Politics'.

I deleted the app from the Samsung TV, and reinstalled it, but nothing changed.  I do not have Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or Apple TV, so those are not viable options.

I have a Hisense ROKU TV, and I also use Anazon Firestick 4k Max,  but didn't have PIX11+ installed on the Firestick.  I just installed it and The Yule Log is the third row.  Hopefully you will be able to get ti to work.  The only thng is that there is only 1 hour of The Yule Log and then the 1966 original footage, but usually on Christmas Day, they broadcast at least 4 hours.

For the 1966 Original Footage, there is a few seconds on the newer broadcast and then the 1966 footage.  But it iis just under 11 minutes long.

Hopefully you will be able to get it to work.  Maybe yoru Firestick needs updated firmware,   This is just a guess,

I just had a thought, what about an Android emulator for your computer?  That might work as you can download apps from Google Play Store.  I use  MEMU on the computer, https://www.memuplay.com/

You are welcome.  Sorry you weren't able to get it to work.  I did check the app and even their website to see if there was going to be a live broadcast yesterday morning and all I saw was "Please Stand By"  so I don't know what happened.

I did DVR the 4 hour broadcast as I was watching it on Channel 11 though.  When I tried watching it again, it did appear to be in the entire 4 hour broadcast, but today, it is actually broken up into 4 parts Two are 1 and a half hours, the third is an hour and tha last is an hour of the 1966 original footage.
