Date Posted：11/08/2015 08:42:09Copy HTML Just gotten several Mp3 downloads from Amazon.com-Mantovani-"Christmas Carols",Mario Lanza-"Christmas Hymns and Carols" and have several more on my Wish list! Not a bad price for each,either,under $10 apiece! Great sound too,despite the VBR Bit rates!

I'd gotten it on Amazon.com,but no CD yet at the Moment-Another one Real Gone might consider,as "Christmas Bells" is played on the Yule Log Broadcast,and is Penned by "Monty" himself!

And please be advised that Oliver's Dutton-Vocalion reissue is with its original U.K. artwork and name, A Song For Christmas, not Christmas Greetings From Mantovani, as it was released here in America. By the way, when the new Christmas CD releases are announced on the Hoffman site, it is at the time that the official press release goes out. It is here, on the Yule Log.com Message Board, where they are exclusively announced first. For this year's 2016 releases, I announced them on July 24th via "Chip's Tips" (Edition #16); conversely, on the Hoffman site, they weren't announced until September 21st, which is the day the official press release went out. Oh,BTW,Chip,will this sport the "Blueback" London label,as I know Real Gone goes all out of their way to include the Original TM Logos and all in their CD Reissues!
